I offer specialist 90-minute HG debrief sessions to help you process this experience, resolve trauma from your HG pregnancy, and have the opportunity to share your HG experience with someone who understands. Standard 50-minute sessions are also available for ongoing support.

Online sessions mean you don't need to travel while feeling unwell, which can make a significant difference if you're currently experiencing HG.
